How often is the pricing data updated?
We verify all prices against vendor websites monthly. When a vendor changes pricing, we update our data within 30 days and note the verification date on each report.
Where does the contractor survey data come from?
Our survey data comes from 200+ US-based trade contractors across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general contracting. Responses were collected between January and March 2026.
