Why We Built This

EstimatorSuite exists because finding the right estimating software shouldn't take weeks of research. Most contractors are busy running their businesses — they don't have time to test 9 different tools, sit through demo calls, and compare pricing pages.

We do that work for you. Our editorial team tests each product hands-on for 4–6 weeks before publishing a review. We create real estimates, test the mobile apps, and verify integration claims.

Our Research Methodology

Every software on EstimatorSuite goes through the same evaluation process:

• 4–6 weeks of hands-on testing with real project data
• 5-point rating system: Overall, Ease of Use, Features, Value for Money, Support
• Price verification against the vendor's current website
• Comparison with at least 3 competing tools in the same category

How We Make Money

EstimatorSuite earns commissions through affiliate links. When you click a link to a software provider and make a purchase, we may receive a referral fee at no extra cost to you.

This never affects our ratings or recommendations. We test products independently and publish honest reviews regardless of affiliate relationships. A lower-rated product can have the same affiliate commission as a higher-rated one.
